I'm called Wheezy and I just moved here on August 20th from a really crowded shelter in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Let me tell you, that was one long ride to be cooped up with my 5 brothers and sisters! But I'm so excited to be in Minnesota now so we have a chance at finding homes! Don't tell the others I said so, but foster dad said I'm his favorite! He calls me Oreo. Foster mom says I am the leader of the pack! I like to play with my littermates, but I also seek out the big dogs in my house to make them wrestle with me too! Shy is not in my vocabulary. I'm very independent and don't mind going off exploring on my own. Being that I'm a blue heeler/aussie mix, I will need lots of exercise to keep me from getting bored. I hope you think I'm as cute as I believe I am and hope you will want to meet me soon!
Prior to adoption Wheezy will be spayed, vaccinated, health checked, heatworm/lymes tested and microchipped

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
