HI, My name is Paula. I am a very sweet girl with a lot of energy!  I LOVE kids. Well actually I love anyone that is giving me attention, including other dogs. I love to play with my canine friends. My foster family has horses. They look like a big dog to me. I try to play with them but they are not interested. The same goes for the cats. I try to play with them. They normally hiss or swat at me which is really scary so I run away.

Car rides are SO FUN!  I love when the window is cracked enough for me to get my head out. My tongue and ears fly around in the wind. It is the greatest feeling ever. I don’t mind baths either. I love getting all the attention while I am getting scrubbed down. As long I as am let out regularly I am potty trained.

I love walks and I am working on my leash manners. I get really excited and love to smell everything. I love to run and play outside. When I am indoors I love to play as well. There is not a toy I don’t like. Fetch is a really fun game and squeaky toys are so entertaining. 

I am looking for an active family. I would make a great running partner. I crave attention and am a people pleasing dog. I am a high energy girl.

Prior to adoption I will be: spayed, vaccinated (rabies, distemper, & bordetella), dewormed, micro-chipped, frontline applied, heart worm tested, and current on heart worm preventative 

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open from 12-5. We are located at 7940 University Ave NE, Fridley 

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432. We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.

All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
