Hello, my name is Walden, but my fosters call me Max and I respond very well to it. I enjoy playing with kids and my foster sibling. I prefer women and children over men. I sleep on a dog bed in my foster parents bedroom and am a good boy! They do still kennel me during the day when they are gone which is fine with me. I know my basic commands, including sit and come. I have alot of energy so like to run, run, run outside, but I settle down very nicely once in the house. I walk very nice on a leash, don't pull at all, so even the kids can walk me! My foster mom says I am friendly, protective, affectionate, quiet, playful with other dogs, and loves children, dogs of all sizes and cats too! Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432. We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.

All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
