FOSTER PUPDATE: Daphne is keeping her eyes open to find the perfect forever home. She is just over 2 years old, is crate trained although I don’t put her in a crate as she is so good around the house, no accidents, no chewing, no getting into things. Could care less about the cat in the house, actually my cat will not come upstairs when I’m fostering but guess who all of a sudden is in my room at night, and Daphne doesn’t even stir. She loves to cuddle. When we attend the adoption events she roams around meeting everyone and if someone is sitting in the comfy chair, she is all about joining them and giving kisses. She is gets along with the resident dog and other dogs I’m fostering. Even when little puppies feel they need to climb all over her, she if very patient and tolerates it. Her down side is she needs to get better on the leash. She will let you put it on her and will usually come with you, but at times she just lays down, rolls over and anticipates belly rubs, even in the middle of the Happy Tails parking lot! Thankfully she can be easily carried if you must. If you would like to see if she is a good fit for you, please complete a pre-adoption application indicating you would like to meet her.
Meet Daphne! She is a super sweet pup looking for her forever home. She is very friendly. She is looking for a home that is dedicated to training her and giving her the love and attention that she deserves. She cannot wait to be part of a real family who will give her unconditional love. She is such a good girl who has lots of love to give. She will make one family extremely lucky!

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5 and Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30. We are located at 7940 University Ave NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family.

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.
Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432.We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
