Layla is the big sister of her clan. She is a rowdy chick who likes to run as fast as she can across the room and spook all the other cats around! She started out independent, but she has become very, very affecationate and really appreciates love and kisses. She loves to have her head kissed and amongst her sisters she acts the most "wanting" of hugs & kisses. She is also a big talker and will follow you around yelling for you all the time! She would love to be adopted with one of her sisters (Matilda, Sunny & Reba), but she would really like a home of her own and a person of her own to snuggle with all the time!

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432. We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.

All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
