Meet Velvet! This mama dog came to Happy Tails with her puppies from Tulsa Oklahoma. All of her puppies found homes, so now it is her turn! She is the sweetest lady who loves people and dogs of all kinds! She is mellow, but enjoys some play and likes walks too. Of course nothing beats cuddle time! She doesn't need to be crated while her foster is away, and is house trained. She has the most soulful brown eyes you will ever see. Her gentle demeanor melts everyone's hearts and it's hard not to fall in love with het.
Velvet is great with kids and other dogs.

Prior to adoption Velvet will be Spayed, vaccinated, health checked, heartworm/lymes tested and microchipped

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.
Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432.We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
